Summer classes for 2025

Kia ora koutou,

Teaching continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my life. It’s not just about the classes or sessions; it’s about creating a space where, together, we can explore movement and discover ways to reconnect with our own natural vitality and soft strength.

This term, we’ll focus on walking, co-ordinating movement for action, and bringing rhythm and spring back into our steps. Walking is such a powerful practice to explore—it’s not only fundamental to our daily lives but also a key area where we can improve our health, posture, and overall sense of well-being.
